Elevate your bedside manner!

Ashley is a registered nurse with over 13 years of experience, a majority of her career serving in the Emergency Department. The Lord stirred a powerful conversation at the charge nurse station one dayshift in September of 2022 regarding how there is a great need for a Bible study group that empowers women in the healthcare field. After that shift, the Holy Spirit instructed Ashley to form Medical Women of Faith. The group continues to flourish and expand under God's anointing. She is looking forward to becoming a Certified Nurse Midwife through UNLV's inaugural CNM Master's program this Fall of 2023.

Quana has worked in the healthcare industry for over 20 years. She started out in 2001 as a Certified Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist. She has been blessed to work many other positions including: Residential Care Coordinator, Certified Medication Technician, and as a Physician’s Personal Assistant. In the state of California, she became licensed as a Certified Administrator Senior Residential Consultant for the R.C.F.E. Residential Facilities which serves the elderly population. 

In 2018, she heard the voice of the Lord encouraging her to start her own home care business. She officially stepped out on faith in January of 2020 starting A Q's Blessed Hands. It was in full operation for over 2 years, with most of it operating during the COVID-19 pandemic.

With a full heart, Quana absolutely loves and enjoys working within the healthcare industry. She believes it is a part of her calling and she does it with such zest and zeal!  Quana looks forward to encouraging and guiding others to do something they truly love doing because it will show in their performance.

Kelly is the CEO of JCN Courier Service Inc. a successful medical delivery service since 1984 located in Las Vegas, NV. He is an obedient man of God, rides motorcycles and is a loving and faithful husband.
